Terms of Use – Houston Wallpapering Internal Software

These Terms of Use govern the internal software tools operated by Houston Wallpapering (“we”, “us”), including the customer operations panel used by our staff to manage orders, samples, installations and scheduling.

1. Who May Use This Software

This software is not a public product and is not offered to third parties. Access is limited to authorized Houston Wallpapering personnel who have been issued individual credentials. Accounts are personal and must not be shared. We may suspend or remove access at any time, for any reason.

2. What the Software Does

The software keeps a record of our own business activity so that our team can serve customers properly. It stores customer contact details, order history, sample requests, installation appointments, internal notes and staff tasks. It reads order information from our online store and accounting records from our accounting system.

3. Connected Services

The software connects to third-party services we already use to run the business, including our online store, our accounting software and our calendar. These connections are authorized by an owner of Houston Wallpapering and can be revoked by us at any time from within the software. Access is requested at the minimum level needed: where a connection is only used to read information, no write permission is requested.

4. Customer Information

Customer information held in this software is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell customer information, and we do not share it with anyone outside the services required to fulfil an order or complete an installation.

5. Staff Responsibilities

  • Use the software only for Houston Wallpapering business.
  • Do not export or copy customer information for any purpose outside your work.
  • Report a lost or stolen device that has an open session immediately.
  • Do not attempt to access areas of the software outside your assigned role.

6. Availability

The software is provided as-is for internal use. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it without notice.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the version in effect.
